Q: Where is the 2018 iDashboards Conference being held?
A: Getting Jazzy in the Jazz Capital of the US – our conference will be held in the heart of downtown New Orleans. All the sessions, happy hours, receptions and lodgings are hosted at the JW Marriott New Orleans.

Q: Is there a room block for hotel accommodations?
A: Yes, the iDashboards group rate is $189/night. But it ends September 25th, so book early to reserve your room.
Q: When is the event?
A: The iDashboards Conference takes place Tuesday, October 16th – Friday, October 19th. View the full conference agenda here.
Q: What is the cost?
A: For two full conference days, breakfast, lunch, happy hours, and evening events, the total cost is $995.
Q: Do you offer discount codes?
A: Yes, we do! Check with your account manager for any current discount codes.
Q: How do I register?
A: You can register for yourself, coworkers or guests using our registration portal here.
Q: What is the dress code?
A: Typical attire throughout the conference is business casual – and jeans are perfectly acceptable. People often casually dress-to-impress at the opening reception and evening events.
Q: Does my registration include food?
A: Yes, and plenty of it! Your registration includes a free continental breakfast, lunch and plenty of delicious snacks on both Tuesday and Wednesday.
Q: What is a VIP?
A: A Very Important Person has access to the VIP lounge, working space, chair massage, internet and a special VIP dinner with the iDashboards staff and all conference speakers on Tuesday.
Q: Can I bring my spouse, friend or dog?
A: Yes, you can register your spouse, friend or special guest for $200, which includes all the evening events and a special guest brunch on Thursday.
Want to spoil your guest? Register them as a VIP to gain access to the VIP lounge, working space, chair massage, internet, and a special dinner on Tuesday night.
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at the JW Marriot or the iDashboards Conference. But we highly encourage you to bring photos of your pets so we can look at them and go “AWWW!”.
